June 30, 2006, Newsletter Issue #156: NADH & Chronic Fatigue

Tip of the Week

NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) helps make ATP, the energy source the body runs on. Several double-blind studies have reported that NADH may be extremely helpful for Chronic Fatigue sufferers. This recommendation comes after almost one-third of people with CFS in specific NADH research studies showed evidence of improvement. Doses from 2.5 to 10 mg per day may help replenish the bodyīs depleted supply of NADH. This supplement is readily available at most health food stores.
