A Clove of Garlic a Day Keeps the Dr. Away

Dr. Andrew Weil, one of my idols, is a strong believer in the powers of garlic, especially raw garlic cloves. He recommends ingesting 1 or 2 cloves of garlic a day to people who suffer from chronic or recurrent infections, including yeast infections or just low resistant to infection. Separate some cloves from a garlic bulb and then decide how you can best consume it, whether it be whole, minced, or cut into chunks. Chew some parsley afterwards to minimize residual odor. Raw garlic is a potent natural antibiotic worth trying. Especially great for colds & sore throats.
