Tip of the Week

To ease eczema, use a moisturizer immediately after a bath and several times a day BUT avoid all mineral oil products, including most baby oils, because they deplete fat-soluble vitamins A,D,E, and K in the skin. Avocado oil or the mashed fruit itself can also help relieve eczema and dry, irritated skin, but I highly recommend emu oil because it does not clog pores.
