Progesterone Cream - How Much To Use?
Dr. Christiane Northup, author of Womenīs Bodies, Womenīs Wisdom, feels for effectiveness, a transdermal cream should contain a minimum of 400 mg progesterone per ounce. The usual dose of standardized creams is one-quarter to one-half teaspoon on the skin one or two times a day. There is VIRTUALLY no danger of overdose, and many women use 400 mg, or the equivalent of an entire tube or jar, per week with no ill effects.
