How Can I Check the Absorbancy of My Calcium Supplement?

Calcium Absorption Test

To see how well your calcium supplement absorbs into your body, drop one calcium tablet into 6 ounces of room temperature vinegar. Stir every 3 minutes. IF the tablet does NOT dissolve within 30 minutes, get yourself another calcium supplement that DOES dissolve when doing this test.
