Foods To Aid Dieting

Want to make dieting easier? Try adding bulgur wheat to your diet, because itīs full of protein, niacin & iron, plus itīs low in sodium and fat, and a very good source of fiber. Increase your intake of greens, like collard, Swiss chard, beet greens, turnip greens, kale and mustard greens. Add them to brown rice or salads for extra ruffage. Donīt skip ANY meals and eat more mini-meals to help shrink the stomach, plus drink lots and lots of water, especially with meals. High fiber foods like whole wheat, beans or baked potatoes also help make you feel fuller. Remember, medications like birth control pills, cortisone pills, some migraine medications and mood stabilizers can promote weight gain.
