Some tips from "The Old Farmerīs Almanac of Traditional Home Remedies," suggests adding fennel to your diet to curb your appetite. You can buy fennel in capsules and take up to 6 a day. Also advised, is to drink tea made from sage or thyme leaves. Take boiling water, pour it over the leaves and allow to steep for about 10 minutes, strain and drink.
