Ayurveda Has Been Around How Long??

Most people have never heard of Ayurveda, which means the science of life, but it is believed to be the oldest & most complete medical system in the entire world. It dates back to 3000 B.C., and its roots are linked to ancient Indian civilization & Hindu philosophy. Ayurveda is based on the holy scriptures of the "Vedas" & the texts know as the "Samhitas", which describe medical procedures.
