Wheat grass juice is a very powerful internal body cleanser. The fresh juice of the grass produces high concentrations of chlorophyll, active enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. The chlorophyll helps brings toxins into the bloodstream that may have been stored in cells or in fatty tissue. The cleansing effect of wheat grass juice may cause you experience nausea. It is best to start with 1 oz. and slowly work up to a higher quantity. For optimal results, drink it on an empty stomach.
