Backache starting up? One of the best things you can do is to head to the closest water fountain. If you suffer from frequent backache pain, it is VERY important to drink LOTS of water. This helps prevent dehydration that can contribute to muscle aches. By drinking eight 8-ounces of water daily, youīll also flush out acidic wastes that can build up in the tissues & muscles - another contributor to back pain.
