Green Tea

No, the sugar shouldn't have any effect on the benefits of the tea. Green tea is a little funny-tasting, but it's loaded with antioxidants, which are greatly used for anti-aging purposes and even with mental health and memory loss. Making "green iced tea" is another way to add extra antioxidants into your diet. I use green tea bags under my eyes for puffiness. Works like a charm! How is sperm motility improved?

Increasing Sperm Motility

Increasing sperm motility is an issue to discuss with a physician. Web MD mentions an Italian study that may in the future help couples with fertility issues. The study used carnitine supplements to help the sperm become more "mobile." Carnitine is sold over the counter.

Carnitine is not regulated by the government, so Web MD stresses that men should tell their doctors immediately if they are considering starting carnitine.

The study is very new, so men interested in the subject should keep up with current information.
